These terms govern your use of Recipia, a service for collecting receipts and keeping track of warranties for your household, provided by Maoyi AS. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
About the service
Recipia lets you and your household add receipts (photo or PDF), record purchase and warranty dates, share receipts within the household, and receive notifications when a warranty is nearing expiry.
Your account
You need to create an account with a valid email address to use Recipia. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens on your account.
Your content
You own the content you add to Recipia (receipt photos, purchase details, and so on). You grant us only the access needed to store and display that content to you and your household.
Households and sharing
When you invite someone into your household, they get access to every receipt in that household. You are responsible for who you invite and share access with.
Acceptable use
You must not use Recipia for unlawful purposes, to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another household's data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. We may change or further develop the service's functionality over time.
Limitation of liability
Recipia is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. We recommend keeping original receipts and warranty documents where practical.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and associated data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Paid plans
Recipia offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan (49 NOK/month) with unlimited AI autofill for receipts. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your settings, and it will run until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund already-paid periods unless required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app of any material changes.
